Beschreibungs-Funktion
Olaparib ist ein Hemmnis von Poly Enzymen (der ADP-Ribose) Polymerase (PARP), einschließlich PARP1, PARP2 und PARP3. PARP-Enzyme werden in normalen zellulären Homeostasis, wie DNA-Übertragung, Zellzyklusregelung und DNA-Reparatur miteinbezogen.
